Shuttle bus service to Gotemba Premium Outlets leaves on the hour and at 15―minute intervals. With the frequent bus services, there is no rush to catch a bus when you are getting late. The bus starts running 30 mins before the outlet opens and runs until 30 mins before it closes, it is particularly convenient to those who’d like to do shopping at less crowded times or even after work.

□ Track no.4 at Otome Exit bounds for campsite, park, and onsen

If you are going to the sightseeing spots in the Otome area, a free shuttle bus is available at Track no. 4. This bus goes via The Gotemba Interchange, Chichibunomiya Memorial Park, 1st Camp Site of Otome Forest Park, Rembrandt Premium Fuji Gotemba, Fuji Hakkeinoyu and 2nd Camp Site of Otome Forest Park.

■Mt. Fuji Gotemba Hakone Tourist Information

The Mt. Fuji Gotemba Hakone Tourist Information is located next to the Otome Exit. It is divided into 2 blocks, with a cafe area (named 4120223 Café & bar) at the right block. Visitors can enjoy light meals such as hot dogs and egg sandwiches made with local ingredients, as well as coffee, craft beer, and local alcoholic beverages inside the café.

The left side building is an information center where you can purchase bus tickets, or get all kinds of tourist information on Gotemba / Hakone areas. Pamphlets printed with discount coupons can be obtained for free, and you can also purchase trendy souvenirs in the shop.

Stairs at the right side of the entrance are marked with the words “observatory deck”, I climbed up the stairs…

and arrived at a rooftop where you can see Mt. Fuji under the blue sky.  It would be nice if I could get a cup of coffee and take a relaxing time here.
